Ross J. Prossner
President and Chief Executive Officer

Ross has been President and CEO of Beacon Federal since 1976. He was formerly employed by Lincoln First Bank, N.A. and is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Darren T. Crossett
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Darren has been on the Beacon Federal team since 1986. He has served in many capacities including Marketing Director, Vice President of Lending and as Senior Vice President from 1997 to present. Mr. Crossett is the President of Beacon Comprehensive Services Corporation, a subsidiary of the Company.

J. David Hammond
Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer

Dave has been employed by Beacon Federal since 2001. He has more than 30 years of experience in banking. Prior to employment at Beacon, Mr. Hammond was an independent bank consultant from 1998-2002. He formerly served as Executive Vice President with Skaneateles Savings Bank.

Lisa Jones
Vice President & Principal Financial and Accounting Officer

Lisa has been employed by Beacon Federal since 1996. She has served in many capacities within the bank's Accounting Department. Lisa is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

Kathleen Russell
Vice President - Human Resources

Kathleen has been employed by Beacon Federal since 1998. Prior to Beacon she worked for Wegman's Food Markets, Inc. within the Human Resources Department for 3 years. She is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo.
