How to monitor your Rewards Checking requirements

Do you have a Rewards Checking account? Do
you want to make sure you’ve met the minimum monthly requirements to qualify for our knock-out rate? With Beacon's Online Banking System we make it simple & easy!

  • Log in to your online account. On the Accounts page under the Online Banking tab, you will notice an R button on the same line as your Rewards Checking account. Select the R button to view your Rewards Tracking for your checking account.

  • From here you can:
        ♦    confirm your e-Statement subscription
        ♦    verify that your monthly electronic deposit has been received 
        ♦    monitor debit card purchases that apply towards the minimum
              monthly requirement


View Year-to-Date Tax Information on Your Deposit Accounts

Did you know you can view your Year-to-Date tax information on your open deposit accounts via Beacon’s online banking system? You can view information such as the amount of interest earned, penalties paid, and any withholding taken.

  • Simply log into your online account and select the Quick Links tab. Next to “Year To Date Information”, select Continue.
  • Choose the account you wish to view and press Submit. From here you will be able to view current information for the account you selected as well as the previous year’s information.
  • To view YTD information for another account, press Continue.


Alerts

Need a reminder to make a payment or withdraw some funds? Want to be notified of changes to your account? Beacon Federal’s Online Banking has an Alerts feature where you can make that happen! You can personalize your Alerts to accommodate your lifestyle and your needs.

  • There are a variety of alerts available to you and the process to set them up is quick and easy! The 5 Alert categories are: 
        ♦    Events
        ♦    Balance
        ♦    Item
        ♦    Security 
        ♦    Personal

  • Alerts can notify you via your personal email, when you log into your Online Banking account, or both!

Bill Pay

Need a check made out to yourself, paid from your account and mailed to you?

  • Easy. Set yourself up as a Payee in Bill Pay! You can set up a one time payment or scheduled payments.


Bill Pay Confirmation

  • When using Beacon's Online Bill Pay, after you have entered your payment information and clicked continue you will have the opportunity to Confirm, Edit or Cancel your payment set up.
     
  • When you choose Confirm you will then receive a message from the system letting you know you were successful. 
    You may want to retain your confirmation number for your records.


Transferring Funds

  • You can transfer funds from your Online Banking account with a few clicks of your mouse.
     
  • Under the Online Banking tab, use the Accounts link to display all of your Beacon accounts. This page is commonly displayed when you first log-in to your online account and has all the tools you will need to transfer funds to another Beacon account or to another financial institution*. *Bank to Bank transfers require prior activation with a member service representative.  Please contact us to get yourself set up for this convenient service today.
